Pilates & Prosecco: Let's Move, Connect, and Celebrate!

Please join us for an uplifting evening of movement, connection, and celebration at our Pilates & Prosecco event. This gathering offers the perfect blend of wellness and socializing in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Before class, we'll unwind and mingle with fellow members while enjoying a complimentary glass of prosecco and light refreshments.  Shortly after, we'll begin with an energizing Pilates session suitable for all fitness levels, focused on strengthening the body, improving flexibility, and promoting overall well-being.
